OK, don't laugh, but I've never seen even one episode of "The Simpsons"; so, I had no idea who Ned Flanders is. I read the article just to find out, and was delightfully surprised at this "good news" story about Christianity's refusal to fade away, as its critics have been predicting for generations. Diane, neither have I. But I've known three people who were or are obsessive "Simpsons" quoters. So one picks up things. :-)
