I wish Charmaine had reminded Kaplan that those frozen embryos he keeps rubbing his hands over and talking about destroying do NOT belong to the government: They belong to the PARENTS who created them. These parents have, thus far, shown very little interest in turning over their embryonic children to mad scientists...
