Pornography's wretched tentacles have reached into the far corners of the world. India's children are suffering from hyper-sexualization because of the consumption of pornography. As a result, they're becoming addicted to sex.
It isn't a new consumption of pornography; it has been part of Hindu religion and culture for something like 3,000 years.
In rightly opposing such things, we might do well to become informed of history and avoid a henny-pennyish attitude that all of this is brand new and that neither humanity nor the church have ever endured or dealt with such, before.

While pornography has been part of the hindu religion, I suspect that it's the kind of porno and degree of consumption which has changed. Even their own experts are discussing the problem.
You're correct, there is nothing new under the sun--including pornography. Regardless, we must fight, with God's strength, the evil.
