Steve (SBK)

Dalrymple is an interesting fellow (from what little I've read).
"Childhood's End" is a sad (well-written) read.
Especially things like:
"The British, never fond of children, have lost all knowledge or intuition about how to raise them; as a consequence, they now fear them, perhaps the most terrible augury possible for a society."

Gina Dalfonzo

That's the same passage that struck me, Steve. It is terribly sad.
