I'm reminded of a Christian writer (I wish I could remember who so I could give them credit) who wondered why people reject the idea of the unseen spiritual realm when each one of them knows that because of radio and TV transmissions the air around us is filled with everything from worship music to news coverage to pornography, all unseen, but all having an effect on those at the receiving end. A brilliant point, I thought.
