Frankenstein

There are lessons for all of us in the Steven Curtis Chapman double tragedy where the youngest son accidentally kills the youngest daughter. How do you deal with such grief? With faith, hope and love. That explains my essay, which if you wish, you can read here: ‘Good Grief! Steven Curtis Chapman, please don’t be Sue-sad’ (http://frankahilario.blogspot.com/).

JTC

For days my heart has ached for the Chapman family. One of my four children was adopted from Korea as an infant. Those who have not experienced adoption cannot know the depth of love parents have for these special children. An adopted child feels like a double miracle. The child`s birth is miraculous in itself, as with any child. In addition, the infinate number of circumstances that, taken together, led this child to become your own, leaves you with a sense of awe.
I am in prayer for this dear family in the loss of their precious child. May God find you in your despair and give you all some measure of comfort. Sincerely, JTC.
